Music Network UK provides a resource for music organisations to learn and discuss the issues facing the sector. Music Network UK is managed and hosted by The National Music Council.
Recent round table meetings have included guest speakers Loren King (DCMS), Jamie Njoku-Goodwin (UK Music), Ian Leete (Local Government Association), Darren Henley (Arts Council England), Cathy Graham (British Council) and Bob Shennan (BBC).
In 2021 and 2022, there have been round-table discussions looking at the impacts of Brexit on musicians and promoters, and the challenges presented by COVID-19 and the various regulations which affect performance, rehearsal and travel during the pandemic.
